The Walkaround

Words and Music - Gary Morrell

unreleased, originally by the band - NOW

Morning comes around some time of year

Taking in the scene with senses clear

Come store corner voices children play

Gatte pera my mind drifts away

Strings into deeper things

Down through electron rings

Sings in tune keeper brings bodi do dat dat da

Must go further can't go further

Gatte gatte para gatte

Sunlight rains upon a field of view

Lessons learned have been wisdom new

Old and long forgotten virtues found

Take me long upon the walk around

Burquing down a path without a care

Breathing deep to draw the desert air

Snakes in rocky faces laugh and roll

As has always been the river flow
